These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eat Train Lead website (eattrainlead.com), newsletter, app (when available), and coaching services (when available), operated by ChanoSys LLC, doing business as Eat Train Lead ("we", "us", or "our").
By using any part of our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The content published on this site and on our Medium publication is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Coaching offered through Eat Train Lead is lifestyle and performance coaching, not licensed medical, psychiatric, nutritional therapy, or personal training in a clinical sense. Coaches are not licensed healthcare providers.
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented service. It does not constitute a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. If at any time a coach believes a client's needs fall outside the scope of coaching (e.g., clinical mental health support, medical treatment), the coach will recommend appropriate professional referral.
Coaching services, pricing, availability, and scope will be governed by a separate coaching agreement signed prior to the commencement of any paid engagement. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement.
The Eat Train Lead app (currently in development) will provide tracking tools, content, and guided programmes. The app is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Features, pricing, and specific terms for the app will be detailed in a supplemental agreement presented at the time of sign-up. These Terms apply to app use unless superseded by that supplemental agreement.
All content on this site — including articles, graphics, logos, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Eat Train Lead and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Articles published on Medium are additionally subject to Medium's Terms of Service. Personal, non-commercial sharing with attribution is permitted and encouraged.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that forum.
We may update these Terms as our services grow. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes we will post a notice on the site.
